Glasgow-based designer Laura Donnelly is the artist behind Blue Ranchu Designs.

A classically trained musician, Laura left her career in music and events to retrain in Graphic Design in 2015.

Blue Ranchu Designs creates a range of contemporary and fun home accessories and gifts. Laura’s designs are bold, colourful and engaging and are inspired by her love of animals, nature and colour.

Laura draws and sketches all of her designs and then creates the final images digitally. She makes many of her products in her home studio by hand, creating beautiful items to a very high standard. She also works with a small group of UK manufacturers, carefully chosen for their high standards of production and sustainability.
