'Polar Explorer'

The Polar Explorer is a silhouette impressed with handmade stamps and sprigs of flowers, leaves and birds and found objects including screws, nails and buttons. Each one is hand painted and glazed in blues, greens and yellows and over-glazed in a soft creamy white. Both left and right facing, each bear is hung on copper wire with a porcelain star following overhead. Each one is designed to wrap around a cupboard or door or to simply hang on a wall. Each bear is lustred with specks of gold in order to catch the light. Unglazed on the back. Patterns and colours may vary. SIZE: Approx. W; 15.5cm. H: 15cm to top of the star.
